The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of St Paul's Church. What's more, it was not far from the center and easy access to mall and eateries, shopping places like Pavillion, Berjaya Times Sq, Sungei wang, Lot 10, and eateries.

The staffs were really kind & amicable. We had new-fashioned room with a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. Got particularly NICE views.

Liked my very pleasant stay for the 2 nights business trip and vacation. Well-equipped units with 1 queen bed, and the staff were affable.

It was absolutely amazing stay, I really enjoyed good food.
The personnel was very amiable and helpful as expected. My suite with 1 queen bed was well-equipped and modern. A bidet, a dryer, and bath sheets were very handy.

The hotel is situated conveniently near the city center, with shopping malls like Pavillion close by. the rooms are comfortable and come with good air conditioning, big beds and filtered water. the facilities are noteworthy, such as a pool with stunning views. the hotel provides good Wi-Fi and comfortable spaces, suitable for a couple.
The communication with the staff needs improvement. Some guests have complained about the slow response and ambiguity in their requests, leading to inconvenience during check-in or with their room preferences.
